Question of the black truffle oil.?
I bought a bottle of black truffle oil Viva Gourmet-dot-com, and I'm not sure if the taste, is accepted as is. It tastes way gasoline odor. Very .... as a solvent. It is assumed that the extra virgin olive oil infused with Italian black truffles. So tried the truffle on a plate once, and they were white. But I can not remember that chemicals such as taste. The truffle oil can be bad? Should I try to use it? Any advice would be really grateful. Thank you! : D
